Last Blog Post

I'm writing one last blog post today so I can get up to 25 posts! Yesterday was my last exam and now today I am officially on break. It feels GREAT. I have been waiting for this for weeks and now I have no classes and no school responsibilities. Well, besides turning in rented books but that's easy enough. Gonna get that done today. Tonight I'm going to my dad's house which should be nice, I haven't been there in a while. I really miss them! It's gonna be my first time staying over there since my step mom passed away so it's going to be different. But I'm still excited to see my family. And I almost have my Christmas shopping done! Just a few extras here and there. My sister bought Fallout 4 and has been playing it constantly and now I want to try it, but I suck at those games. I wish I was good, but I end up just flailing around and dying. Maybe I just need to sit down and really try, because it looks like fun. Anyways, that's my last blog post, not sure if I'm ever going to revisit this again. Bye for now!

Extra Blog Posts Coming Your Way

So we were supposed to have 25 blog posts by the end of this class, and I have 23... I don't know where those other two went... but luckily we have the option to do two more this week! I can get full credit, yipee! Well I need to turn in my research paper which has technically been done since Friday but then I found out it was due Wednesday so it's just been sitting in my docs. Whatever, I'll get it turned in today. Also, all of my other finals/papers/classes are finished except for ONE more that's on Friday! I just have to sing for our final exam and then I'm done! Winter break is so close I can literally taste it. Also I've been trying to look up Christmas presents and it's been really hard. Why is it so hard to get Christmas presents for people? I wanted to get the game Luigi's mansion because we used to have it until it broke, and when I looked it up it was like 100 bucks! Like, what the hell????? Why is it so expensive? The cheapest used one is like, $27.00, so now I'm trying to figure out is it worth it? I mean... It's a really fun game and would make me feel nostalgic. Maybe I should just go for it.

Blog Post #1000

Well last night I was cramming to get my research paper and my 2nd genre done. Of course that lead to me being up until 1 in the morning, and now I'm super tired. All I have to say is those projects both better be due today, or I stressed over nothing. Is today our last class in English? I don't even know. The sunrise this morning was beautiful though, so hopefully that's a sign that everything's gonna be alright. And the sunset last night was absolutely gorgeous too... Double sign? Anyway's I'm gonna do my usual and watch a TV show before I have to go to class. I'm almost done re-watching The Office! Also, one more week til winter break!!!

Dwindling Down

So we are almost done with this semester but that means there is a lot more work to get done. I finished one of my research papers, but I still have two to go, including my English research paper. I'm pretty sure that's due tomorrow along with my second genre that I haven't even started... I'm confused on how this English class is ending and what time everything is due and it's stressing me out because it's been hard to get everything done. But I usually pull through and I know I can handle this. It will just be super rushed and not the best that it can be. That's better than getting nothing turned in though. 

My Friday (Sunday) Post

So, the finals are coming up really quickly and I have a lot of homework that I'm not even close to being done with. I'm still trying to figure out what second genre I want to do for English class. I'm thinking maybe I should write a song, but I also like the cartoon idea. A song would make much more sense, though, since I'm writing about an a Capella group. But I'm on the fence about that because we have to present which would mean singing to the class and I don't know how I feel about that. Anyways I need to finish my paper first which is what I need to get to work on now. And I also have a final speech to write for my FYE class... This winter break cannot get here fast enough.

My Monday (Thursday) Post

Well, this Thanksgiving break was not the best. My step mom has been fighting a battle with cancer since this last May, and this Thanksgiving morning she passed away. It was expected but completely unexpected at the same time. Not to make a very sad blog post, but it is a big thing going on in my life right now. Last night was her memorial service. She was cremated and her urn is so awesome and perfect for her! She loved riding her Harley Davidson with my dad so they got an urn with a motorcycle statue on it. It's been hard, but I've been through this before with my step dad, who passed away about 6 years ago of brain cancer. It takes time, but eventually it get easier as life goes on. I just worry about my siblings. I've lost step parents, but I've never lost a biological parent. Anyways, I am definitely ready for this semester to be over and to have a nice winter break! Just want some normal again, and some real relaxing time.
